Sproto Fishing is a web-based fishing game integrated with Ethereum Mainnet blockchain technology. The Game allows users to catch virtual fish, earn in-game $BITCOIN-denominated rewards, unlock equipment, and participate in tournaments.

3. Blockchain Integration

The Game integrates with Ethereum Mainnet. Users may connect their EVM wallets to enable certain features. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All transactions made through your connected wallet
• Any fees associated with blockchain transactions

4. Virtual Currency

$BITCOIN-denominated in-game rewards are virtual game accounting entries unless and until a supported on-chain transaction is completed. The Game may also support on-chain tokens. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual currencies have no cash value
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual currency features
• Virtual currencies are not redeemable for real money
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Game
• Use automated tools or bots
• Harass or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Game are owned by Sproto Fishing or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Game content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of user data or blockchain transactions
• Accuracy of game data or statistics

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sproto Fishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or virtual assets.
